He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Charles Wall Sr. and Loretta Mae Wall (Brown); his grandson Dustin Carroll; his brothers, Warren C. Wall Jr. and John T. Wall Sr.; and his sisters-in-law, Carol and Doris Wall.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Wall (Crawford); his children, Richard Wall Jr. (Kim) of Chesterfield and Tiffany Long (Jon) of Cumming; his stepson Robert Wolfe (AnnMarie); his brother Carl Wall; his sister-in-law Ruth Schwartz Maize Wall; and his grandchildren, Shelby Carroll, Hanna Ford, Evan Wall, Megan Wall, Landen Rogge, Brady Rogge, Aiden Rogge, Leo Rogge, Juliette Long, Kaitlyn Hunt (Chariti), Kaleb Wolfe and Brady Rudashill. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
