He was predeceased by: his parents, George "Harold" Rhodes and Marceil Rhodes (Edgington); his brothers, Jim Rhodes and David Edgington; and his father-in-law Millard Isaac.
He is survived by: his wife Marylou Rhodes (Isaac) of Lima, OH; his children, Robert, Rhodes, II of Elida, OH and De Wayne Rhodes of Fort Jennings, OH; his grandchildren, Becka Rhodes of Lima, OH, Deborah Rhodes of Cridersville, OH, Kaitlan Rhodes (Seth Harper) of Springfield, MO and Blake Rhodes (Marissa) of Osborn, MO; his sister Ruth Eley (Ed) of Shawnee Township, OH; and his mother-in-law Helen Isaac. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
