He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil and Bertha (Hawk). He is survived by: his wife Mary J. Bogner; his sons, Roscoe Holt (Diana) of Marysville and Matthew Holt (Christa) of Findlay; his grandchildren, Ashlyn and Hayden Holt; and his sister Sandra Holt of Lima.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services, Shawnee Chapel (1170 Shawnee Rd, Lima, OH 45805). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Phi Beta Psi, Iota Sigma Chapter.
