He is survived by: his siblings, Randy Longbrake of Lima and Annette Caudill of Lima; his niece Heather Caudill of Toledo; his cousins, Bobbi Frysinger (Mark), Robbie Legge, Stephen Hattery (Dawn) of Kevin Scott, D. J and Billy Longbrake; his aunt Joyce Lehner (Longbrake); his uncle Bill Longbrake (Cindy); and his grandmother Doris Howell Longbrake Mills.
