She was predeceased by: her father Oliver Desgranges; her husband William H. Diehl; her daughters, Christine Geiss and Linda Schutte (Jon); and her siblings, Walter Desgranges (Helen) and Helen Desgranges.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Smith (Florian) of Lima, William Diehl (Cindy) of Fort Wayne, IN and Robert Diehl (Lea) of Lima; her son-in-law David Geiss; and her grandchildren, Augustine Lamonge (Chris), Christian Smith (Katrina), Amity Smith, Jennifer Reid (Tim), Brian Diehl (Krista), Katie Diehl, Mitchell Diehl (Dot), Jordan Geiss (Aina), Kyle Geiss (Kaitlynn), Alaina Geiss, Rece Diehl, Brock Diehl and Jordin Griesdorn. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
