She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank L. Mathews and Ruth Mathews (Easton); and her siblings, Ann Bercaw, Beverly Rupert Amstutz, Sue Mathews and Thom Mathews.

She is survived by: her sons, Brandon Barnett (Ashley) and Jon Maxwell; her granddaughter Ayva Brickner; and her siblings, David May (Mary Rose), Dennis Mathews (Pamela), Jerry Mathews, Richard Mathews, Patricia Ridenour (Kenny Gruber), Helen Swint (Kelly) and Shelley McPheron.
