She was predeceased by: her sons, Rozelle Shawn Manley and Christopher Steven Baugh. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth W. Casey; her children, Ronald L. Manley of Columbus, Gerald K. Manley (Michele) of Lima, Maurice M. Manley (Tana) of Pickerington, Ohio, Cheryl E. Gilcrease (Ronnie) of Lima, Ohio and Alisa Monique Noel of Lima, Ohio; her grandchildren, Dontae L. Noel (Jacqueline) of Marion, Markysha A. Martin of Lima and Markellis D. Martin (Hannah) of Lima; and her brother John H. Baugh "Mickie". She is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fourth Street Missionary Baptist Church (122 W 4th St, Lima, OH 45804). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
