He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Guagenti and Tillie Guagenti (Zerante); his former wife Rosalie Guagenti; and his siblings, Joe Guagenti (Barb), John Guagenti, Francis Guagenti and Gena CaJacob (Gene).
He is survived by: his wife Denise McIntire; his children, Sam J. Guagenti (Diane) of North Royalton, Mark Guagenti (Lyn Dunbar) of Lima and Dona Williams (Ron) of Lima; his grandchildren, Samantha, Jacob, Thomas, Rosie Williams, Allison, Danielle, Nicholas Guagenti, Cameron, Christian and Salvatore Guagenti; his brother Louis Guagenti (Phyllis) of Lima; and his sisters-in-law, Tiz Guagenti of Lima and Ann Guagenti of Lima.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Lima Central Catholic.
