He was predeceased by: his father Joe R. Bowsher; his former wife Doris Simpkins; and his siblings, Paul Bowsher, Mary Bess Henderson, Lenore Burtchin and Jeanette Olds.
He is survived by: his children, David Bowsher (Linda), Ann Dellinger (Bill), Amy Jenson (Jeff), Alan Bowsher (Andrea) and Dale Bowsher (Emily); and his stepchildren, Lori Blanchong, Susan Lucente (Tom) and Tim Blanchong.
