He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Dr. Betty Holdt and Patricia Cruikshank; and his godfather Bruce Harwood. He is survived by: his parents, Kelly A. Cruikshank and Rebecca Tryon (Holdt); his stepfather Kyle Tyron; his children, Mollie Grace, Ryker Holdt, Addie and Abraham; his sister Sarah Tripp; his grandfather Roger Cruikshank; his aunts, Margaret, Elizabeth and Zina; his uncle Tracy; his cousins, Effran, Janelle, Cati, Juan, Chad and Kellan; and his friend Sue Webber.
