Shirley leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Shirley’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Shirley will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elmer Burden and Martha Burden (Davies) of Lima; and her husband Bruce Beener of Covington, OH. She was also cherished by seventeen grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren and two great-great grandsons.
Toni was an active member of Grace Fellowship where she taught Sunday school and helped with the community dinners until Covid and the death of Bruce.
