She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth "Jim" Francis and Edna Francis (Conrad); her husband Robert W. "Bob" Cook; and her brother Kenneth Francis, Jr. (Mary). She is survived by: her son Greg Cook of Lima; and her brother Richard Lee Francis of Arlington, TX. She is also survived by one niece and two nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Luke's Lutheran Church.
