She is survived by: her father Joseph Lyle; her husband Donald L. Phillips; her children, Patty Ann Cheshire (William E.) of Lima, Cindy Marie Boroff of Delphos and Randy Lee Boroff of Bowling Green, KY; and her brother Wayne Lyle of Lima. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
