She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Steinhour and Josephine Steinhour (Granger); and her husband Clifford E. "Sonny" Brooks. She is survived by: her son Lee Brooks (Mindy) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Weslee Brooks, Rachel McCaulla (Adam), Colin Brooks and Preston Brooks; and her siblings, Beth Ruhe of California and Dan Ruhe (Ann) of Lima.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Love-Heitmeyer Funeral Home - Leipsic (226 Belmore St, Leipsic, OH 45856). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
