She was predeceased by: her father James Wallace Cooley; her siblings, Robert Cooley, Kimberly Cooley, Vickie Lee and Thomas Cooley; and her stepson Travis Meeks.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Meeks; her daughters, Deborah Clark of Lima, Theresa Borger (Sam) of Lima and Elizabeth Sargent (Nathan) of Elida; her stepchildren, Shane Meeks of New Hampshire, Sasha Knight of New Hampshire, Eric Kaiser of Detroit and Shawn Huffman of Delphos; and her sisters, Diane Fetzer of Middle Point, Patricia Patton of Delphos and Joann Cooley of Delphos. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
