He is survived by: his father Frank Kottenbrock; his wife Pam Eley; his daughter Kelly Kottenbrock of Lima; his brothers, Troy Kottenbrock of Lima and Tyler Kottenbrock (Sherry) of Toledo; his grandchildren, Katelynn Kottenbrock, Anthony Hoskinson and Alex Kottenbrock; and his sister-in-law Maureen Kottenbrock of Cleveland.
