He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Leonard and Claire "Juanita" Lowe (Hunter Zerbe); his great-nephew Dustin Ray; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Kay Lowe. He is survived by: his brother Robert L. Lowe of Lima, OH; his nieces, Deanna Lee Hardin (Jim Bennett) and Robin Rae Cramer (Scott); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nick Ray, Seth Hardin, Ashlee Ray and Morgan MacDonald; and also Marley Ocean Ray.
