He is survived by: his wife Janet (Binkley); and his children, Jeff Stemen (Lori) of Houston, TX, David Stemen (Jeanette) of Richboro, PA, Daniel Brown of Jacksonville, NC and Dale Brown of Lima, OH.. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
