He is survived by: his wife Linda Bradshaw (Houseworth) of Lima; his children, Tracy McDermitt (David) of Lima, Troy Bradshaw of Lima and Nicole "Nikkie" Fuhrhop (Tony Dunlap) of Lima; and his brother Phillip Bradshaw (Shirley) of Elgin, Ohio.. He is also survived by five grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
