He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Moneer and Lena M. Moneer (Mosier); his son Thomas Allen Moneer Jr.; and his siblings, Raymond Moneer (Jeanne), William Moneer (Helma), Donald Moneer, Jack Moneer (Janet), Betty King (William), Norma Barnes (David), Loretta Moneer and Mary Jo Sherrick (Noah).
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Moneer (Welty); his children, Theresa Wireman, Stacy Limron (Gary) and Clifford Moneer; his stepdaughter Evonne Barber (Bill); and his brothers, Ronald Moneer (Elaine), James Moneer (Hazel) and Tarry Moneer (Myra). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home (920 N Cable Rd, Lima, OH 45805). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
