He was predeceased by: his mother Geraldine Tebben (Shanahan); his siblings, Joseph A. Tebben Jr. and Anne Tebben; his siblings-in-law, Sally Tebben and Marc Hyser; his aunt Peach ODonnell; and his parents-in-law, Patrick and Christine Heaphy.
He is survived by: his father Joseph Tebben; his wife Theresa J. Tebben (Heaphy); his children, Shannon Favia (Mike) of Chicago, IL, Kelly Dimino (John) of Perrysburg, OH and Thomas Tebben (Hollie) of Lima, OH; his grandsons, Anthony Favia, Michael DuVall and Palmer Tebben; his siblings, John D. Tebben, Marc F. Tebben (Judy), David J. Tebben (Perry Hux), Peter Jerome Allan Tebben (Lori), Susan Hyser, Muriel Collins (Jack), Jane Patterson (James) and Mary Rasmussen; and his brothers-in-law, PJ Heaphy (Sandy), Brian Heaphy (Nanette) and John Heaphy (Aimee). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
