He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Werling and Edna M. Werling (Howard); his father-in-law Donnie Hullinger; and his brother-in-law Butch Hullinger. He is survived by: his spouse Shelly Hullinger Werling; his children, Timothy J. "T. J." and Cecelia "Cece" Werling of Lima; his brother Scott Werling (Lisa) of Lima; his grandson Cameron Werling; his mother-in-law Shirley Hullinger of Lima; his siblings-in-law, Bill Hullinger (Susan) and Tina Pierson; and his pet Bailey. He is also survived by four nieces, two great-nephews.
