He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Bartholomew (Stephen) and Penny Palin; his grandchildren, Anthony, Stephen, Blake, Nicholas, Marlie, Joshua, Charlotte and Michael; and his brother Frederick "Chip" Zapp III. He is also survived by his nieces & nephew.
