Though Tracy may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Eugene and Catherine Hill (Cook). He is survived by: his daughter Katrina Carter (Jeremy); and his sisters, Rohonda Houston and Dawn Ibekwe (Earnest). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
