He was predeceased by: his father Washak; his daughter Courtney Jane Warren; and his half-brothers, John Griffith and Dwight Griffith. He is survived by: his mother Helen V. Griffith; his wife Cathy Kilgore Warren; his sons, Derek M. Warren (Rhonda) of Lima, OH and Jeremy A. Warren (Krystal) of Dayton, OH; his stepgranddaughter Julie Morvay; his grandson Jacen Warren; and his brother John Petkovsek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
