He is survived by: his wife Brenda Collins (Roberts) of Lima, OH; his children, Deborah "Deb" McCullough of Denver, CO, Warren "Jay" Collins of Long Island, NY, Cimberly, Cayla and William "Bill" Collins of Lima, OH; his grandchildren, Robin, Andrew, KristinaSteven, Bradley, Allison, Eric and Kathleen; and his siblings, Gloria Jewel (Leonard) of Chicago, IL and Fredrick "Fred" Collins (Gloria) of Brooklyn, NY. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
