He is survived by: his mother Janet May Kelley (Edward); his sister Teresa Dee Amburgey (Jay); his niece Megan Caldwell (Nathan); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Quinn, Kit and Cameron; his niece Taylor Renard (Landon); his cousins, Lynn Siciliano (John), Steve Gast (Millie), Tommie Gast (Nickie) and Jeff Gast (Sue); and his friends, Duffy Moseley and Brent Harmon.
