He was predeceased by: his father Lester W. Wheeler; and his brother-in-law Junior Holloway. He is survived by: his wife Sharon L. Wheeler (Holloway) of Lima; his children, Jeffery L. Wheeler (Julie) of Wapakoneta and Robin E. Walker (Jeff) of Lima; his grandchildren, Brittaney Twining (Jared Llewellyn) of Wapakoneta, Bethaney Russell (Brian) of Wapakoneta, Gabrielle Walker of Lima and Danika Walker of Lima; his great grandchildren, Jacoby Twining, Nora Twining, Bentley Russell and Jace William Llewellyn; his siblings, Virgil Wheeler, Thomas Wheeler (Linda), Beverly Duryea of Defiance and Janice Wehrley of Defiance; and his pet Bailey.
