He is survived by: his wife Joyce Dotson; his children, Teresa Dick (Brian) of Lima, Jeffrey Miller (Tammi) of Lima and Jeremy Miller (Holly) of Elida; his granddaughters, Ashley Miller, Ashlyn Siefker (Mitch), Addison Miller, McKenzie Miller, Cadence Miller and DeLaney Miller; his great grandchild Ariauna Miller; and his siblings, Bruce Miller, Michael Miller (Kim) and Sarah Marie Shuerman (Robert).
