With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Ernest Darst of Lima, Ohio, born in Middleport, Ohio, who passed away on March 1, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Darst and Clara Mae Darst (Hamilton); his former wife Norma Willis Darst; his wife Mary Ann Kinstle-Darst (Kistner); his children, Jeffrey Darst, Barbara Moreland (Greg) and Lara Darst; and his stepchildren, Rebecca Bailey (Bill), Craig Kinstle (Anna), Robert Kinstle (Sandy) and Linda Raterman (Tony). He was also cherished by 18 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Equestrian Therapy Program or St. Rita's Hospice.
