He was predeceased by: his parents, William Eugene Steward Sr. and Alberta Steward (Dunlap); his sisters, Willa S. Skipworth and Jency Bell Lurena Harris; and his daughter-in-law Maryann Steward.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Helen Thomas of Lima, Carol A. Fails (Ronald) of Lima, Larry Steward (Victoria) of West Bloomfield, MI, Anthony Steward of Bowling Green, OH, Jeffrey Steward of Columbus, OH and William N. Steward, Jr. (Kristie) of Lima; and his siblings, Otis Steward (Teri) of Columbus, OH, Daron Steward (Maureen) of Lowell, AK, Joyce Williams (Roger) of Sidney, OH, Claudia Stockard of Toledo, OH, Brenda Steward of Baldwinsville, NY and Vivian Turner of Miami, FL.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Worldwide Ministries (2945 Wells Dr, Lima, OH 45804). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
