He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John Marshall I and Delores Marshall (Grant); and his uncles, John I. Marshall II, Leroy Bess and George Bess.
He is survived by: his parents, Michael A. Bess I and Tina L. Bess (Marshall); his daughters, Zayla Bess and Hazel Bess; his siblings, Michael A. Bess II of Jackson Center, OH, Chrystopher A. Bess of Lima, Jessica L. Bushell (Micheal) of Lawton, OK and Latasha Jones of Lima; and his nieces and nephews, Justice Bess, Lorissa Miller, Katelynn Miller and Michael A. Bess III. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
