Phyllis Long Obituary
The passing of Phyllis Long of Lindsey, Ohio leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 6, 2025 at the age of 88. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Allen and Ethel Luella Alice Smith (Morley); her husband Lawrence P. "Bud" Long of Paul's Lutheran Church; her daughters, LuAnn Consolo and Darla Durbin; and her brothers, Robert Smith and Kenneth Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Lloyd "Pete" Long (Linda) of Elmore and Lori Maynard (Ray Nolen) of Lindsey; her grandchildren, Nick Consolo, Tony Consolo (Natalie Wertz), Brette Ott (Nate), Melanie Moore (Jason), Lisa Long (Luke Twarek), Suzanne Bucalo (Ray), Theresa Clinker (Mike), Kim Zoller (Keith), Andy Maynard (Kelly), AJ Durbin (Gera), Alex Durbin (Korrin) and Jessica Daniels (Cory); her stepgranddaughters, Della Smith and Betty Hoffman (Mark); her sons-in-law, Charles Consolo and Jeff Durbin; and her sister-in-law Gloria Smith. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren; 5 step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Herman-Veh Funeral Home & Crematory (319 W Madison St, Gibsonburg, OH 43431). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
