He was predeceased by : his mother Iona Gloria Libert (Weyand). He is survived by : his father Edward Latshaw of Lisbon; his daughter Nancy J. Brown (Ben) of Lisbon; his siblings, Rose DeBray (Jim) of Milford, Kansas, Nathan Latshaw (Vickie) of East Liverpool, David Latshaw (Kim) of Leetonia, Charles Latshaw of Lisbon, Glenn Libert of Lisbon and Ralph Libert of Lisbon; and his granddaughter Madison Brown of Lisbon.
