He is survived by: his children, Carol Moats, Susan Robinson (Bill), Bernard R. Burkhart (Pauline) and Ronald Burkhart (Amy); his grandchildren, Kristal (Cameron), Henry, Dawn, Travis, Shawn (Denise), Donnie (Kacey) and Dallas (Emily); his great grandchildren, Alecia, Dillon, Callie, Nellie, Liam, Anastasia, Kameron, Ryker, Remington and Zoey; his great great grandchildren, Ellie, Enzo, Wesley and AJ; and his siblings, Mae Blakemore, Earl Burkhart (Sue) and Herman Burkhart (Ethel). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
