She is survived by: her son Joseph Petty Jr. of Lisbon; and her brothers, Delmar Rhodes (Shirley) of Ripley, WV, Arless Webb of Columbiana, Freddie Webb of Leetonia and William Webb (Dede) of Salem. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
