He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Blackburn and Mavis Blackburn (Justice). He is survived by: his wife Sally Blackburn (Gamble); his daughter Deanna Smith (David); his siblings, Eulevene Whitehair and James Blackburn (Pattie); his granddaughters, Mallory Smith and Emily Smith; and his great grandchild Laney Brinker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
