It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald T. Lease of Lisbon, Ohio, born in Salem, Ohio, who passed away on June 12, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Lease and Elsie Lease; his wife Phyllis Lease (Brown); and his siblings, Clarence "Bus", Arnold and Lillian.

He is survived by : his son Ronald "Ronnie" Lease (Melinda Berlin); his granddaughter Ashley McKinley (Donald); his great grandchildren, Allison, Brooklynn, Daxton and Cassidy; and his siblings, Richard "Dick", Shirley and Anna Jean.
