He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter C. Hart and Hazel Hart (Wilson); his daughter Sandra Jean Dail; and his siblings, Martha Reeves, Donald Hart and Walter Glenn Hart.

He is survived by : his wife Edith Jean "Peppy" Hart (Phelps); his children, Karen Seidner (Mike) of Lisbon, Tom Hart of Masury and Ted Hart (Roslyn) of Cary, NC; and his sister Carol Tierney of Cleveland. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.

Rob Robinson wrote a sympathy message

“Hi...We are watching a movie, and it suddenly reminded me of how much we loved Frank & Peppi! You see, we lived at 516 W Maple St in Lisbon in the '50s and they were seragot parents. We used to "live" to ride their riding lawnmower, and their backyard was our football field, right up to the train tracks! Robbie Sidner set their barn on fire. We would luv to say hi to Peppi!
