He is survived by: his significant other Esther Sell; his sister Joyce Rowe; and his children, Gary Simms Jr. (Billie), Jeff Simms (Lisa), Jake Simms (Whitney), Vanessa Simms, Alice Holland (Matt), Phylicia Cummings (Terry), Lyndsey Simms and Leslie Williams (Mendell).
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shenanigan's Pub (220 S Jefferson St, Lisbon, OH 44432).
