He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert May and Sarah Wonner May; and his siblings, Sarah Jane McIntosh, Anna Jean Robb and Charles May.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta "Lolly" L. Ward May; his siblings, Mary Jackson of East Palestine and Robert May of East Liverpool; and his pet Bo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Instead, if you wish, memorial donations may be made in Herbert's memory to the American Heart Association.
