It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn Peterson Gallo (Lisbon, Ohio), who passed away on December 28, 2025, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. James C. Gruber and Annie Gruber (Bradfield); her husbands, John W. Peterson and Pete Gallo; her daughter Barbara Peterson; her siblings, Jewyl G. Hina and James C. Gruber; and her grandchildren, Thomas R. Bagley III, John W. Guappone and Brenda Powell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth "Betsy" Brown (Robert) of Berlin Center, Ann Ruck (Dennis) of Conneaut, OH, Jewyl Stevens (Alan) of Columbus, GA, Melissa Johnston (Matthew) of Alliance and Natalie Guappone (Eric) of Lisbon. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
