Lewis; her brothers, Gerald "Jerry" Kidder (Joyce) and Jeffery Kidder (Kim); her nieces, Christy Smith (Paul), Jordan Darrah and Faith Kidder; her nephew James "JT" Lockhart (Kristin); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Haleigh, Hannah Cunningham, Jayden and Cayde Lockhart; Kendall Cunningham and Emmett Vincent.
