He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul A. Himes and Lea Mae Himes (McCord). He is survived by: his wife Sheila Himes (Gamble); his son Justin Rupp of Clarksville, TN; his sister Cindy Rice (Ray) of New Middletown; his grandsons, Jameson of Clarksville and Jackman Rupp of Clarksville; his mother-in-law Dorothy L. Gamble of Poland; and his siblings-in-law, Kim Gamble of Columbiana and Loney Gamble (Tammy) of Arizonia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
