He is survived by: his wife Laura Pine (Kotsch); his daughter Marci Pine; his stepsons, Curtis Laughlin (Carman) and Christopher Smith (Seanna); his siblings, Debbie Price (Wayne), Heather Wine (Randy), John Pine (Melodie) and Ron Pine; and his stepgrandchildren, Ellinor Laughlin, Alexis Ammon and Kamron Ammon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
