He is survived by: his children, Monica Vega (Domingo), Marriea Layton (Anthony), Marla Burton (Brian) and Michael Lewis, Jr.; his stepson Paul D. Gerwig (Dawn); and his sister Michelle Jones (Daniel). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
