He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Perkins and Carol Burton Perkins; his sister Gretchen Marino; and his grandparents, George, Mary Perkins and Frances Burton.
He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Winters (Melvin) of Columbiana and Burton Perkins (Heather) of Bainbridge Island, WA; and his aunt Leah. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins and their extended families.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Sunrise Homes Lisbon (38655 Saltwell Rd, Lisbon, OH 44432).
