He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn; and his daughter Michelle. He is survived by: his children, Paul A. Duncan (Pamela) of Leetonia, Melissa Tomes (Geoffery) of Weirton, WV and Scott Duncan (Laura) of Conway; and his grandchildren, Josiah, Benjamin (Rebecca), Nathan, Civanna, Isaac, Sophia, Joseph, Penelope, William and Charlie.
