He is survived by: his children, Rick Smith of Columbiana, OH, Vickie (Shannon Hull) of East Palestine, OH, Percy Bussard, Jr. (Barbara), Greg Bussard of Columbiana, OH and Stanley Bussard (Lisa); his grandson Joe Bortmas of Leetonia, OH; his children, Regina Bortmas of Wooster, OH, Chelsea Wilson (Bussard) of East Palestine, OH, Corey Bussard (Caliegh) and Nathaniel "Nate" Bussard of Lisbon, OH; his great grandchildren, Caden, Jordan Bortmas, Jaden, Gage, Clayton Wilson, Emilene and Sawyer Bussard; and his sister Elsie Carbaugh.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Akers Funeral Home (299 Raystown Rd, Everett, PA 15537). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Union Memorial Cemetery.
