She was predeceased by: her parents, H. Stanley Veon and Marguerite Veon (Andrews); her daughter Karen; her former husband John "Orren" Boehm; her husband Donald Tanner; her sons-in-law, Wayne Crawford and Bill McNeal; her stepdaughter Barbara Brooks; her siblings, Kathryn Gass, Paul, Lloyd, Roy and Ralph Veon; her grandson William "Billy" McNeal, III; and her great grandchild Trenton Lee Crawford.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marion McNeal and Oriana Reynolds (David); her stepson Jim Tanner (Charlotte); her stepson-in-law Jim Brooks; and her grandchildren, Rebecca "Becky" Cooper (Doug), Matthew Crawford (Tammy), Mark Crawford (Anni), Gwen Ketchum (Chuck), Kevin Crawford, Curtis Crawford (Cherri), Michael Reynolds (Shiloh), Deanna Hamilton (Eric), Daniel Reynolds (Nikki) and Adrienne Aquino (Frank). She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren; several step grandchildren; step great grandchildren; and several foster grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in Ruth's memory to the charity of the donor's choice.
